Shipping and delivery

A flat rate fee of $15 applies for all orders.

All orders are sent Express Post with a tracking number. We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order before 12noon we will try our best to send it out the same day.

Please allow 2-5 Working days for your parcel to arrive.

For rural deliveries please add an extra 1-2 days to the above time frames.

Australia

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $15 per parcel. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

International

It is not possible for Holistic Hemp and Co to post any orders overseas. We only sell products within Australia.

Ensure a safe delivery

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Holistic Hemp and Co will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

Order confirmation

All Holistic Hemp and Co orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a mobile text message with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
